Our extensive online support area will answer most questions and issues that will arise while using our products. However, if you do not see an answer to your question within the FAQ just click the Ask Question link and we will provide an answer to you as soon as possible.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

Better Navigation: We have improved the overall navigation to our technical support area. We have categorized everything from general categories to product specific question making sure that you can find what you are looking for. We have also included search functionality as well as a site map to help you find what you are looking for as fast as possible.

Advanced Search: Our Advanced Search will allow you to look for the most relevant responses to your issue by adding specific categories to your search.

Add Content: Do you have a resolution to an issue that is not answered in the FAQ or have an item that you feel will help others out? If so, we encourage you to post to this area.

Ask Question: Are you experiencing an issue that is not answered within the FAQ? Ask us the question and we will answer it. After the question has been answered it will be posted to this site to help others who are having the same issue.

Open Questions: This area provides a list of all the questions that have been asked by other users but are awaiting a response from the Digital Scout support team. If you happen to know a solution to the issue and want to contribute you can provide an answer and Digital Scout will post it to the FAQ area.
